Easy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 serving size of Hungry Jack instant potatoes
• 1/2 c Kroger's Sour Cream Dip with Chives
• 1/2 pkg Cracker Barrel Mellow Cheese - grated

Preparation

Step 1

Grease pan with crisco. Preheat over to 350. Mix together as potato package directions for four servings; except omit 1/4 to 1/2c of water. If too loose, add a few more flakes. Add and mix 1/2c sour cream dip. Spread evenly in greased casserole dish and cover with grated cheese. Bake about 45 minutes or until cheese melts.
