Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Ham
  • 1 lg Onion - minced
  • 3 T Dijon Mustard
  • 2 t Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 t Poppyseeds
  • 1 pkg Hawaiin Sweet Rolls
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt stick of butter in pan, then add minced onions. Add dijon mustard, stir together. Pour in Worcestershire sauce, add Poppyseeds and simmer until onions are soft.

Cut entire package of Hawaiin rolls in half, lengthwise as one large piece. Place roll bottoms in a aluminum foil lined 13x9 pan. Spread onion mixture on entire bottom (you will want to save 1/4 of mixture). Put ham on top of onion mixture and top that with the cheese. Add roll tops after cheese. Spread left over onion mixture over top of rolls. Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to use. Bake for 20 minutes at 350, covers with foil.
