Ingredients
- One 13- ounce package Oreos Plus additional to garnish
- 16 ounce chocolate bundt or pound cake
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream very soft almost melted
- 1 cup chocolate hot fudge sauce
- 4 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 10 inch spring form pan.Roughly chop Oreo's into small bite not crumbs then divide into 3 parts. Crumble the cake in a bowl and stir in 1/3 of the Oreo's and 2 ounces dark chocolate.
Dump in 2/3 of a quart of soft ice cream and stir until the cake and ice cream are well combined. Press into bottom of spring form.
In a separate bowl mix remaining 1 1/3 ice cream with another 1/3 crumbed cookies. Swirl in 1/2 of the chocolate fudge sauce. Press on top of the cake mixture. Should fill the pan to the top.
Sprinkle last third of the Cookies and 2 ounces of dark chocolate chips over the top and drizzle remaining hot fudge over cookies.Freeze 4 hours or best over night.
