Ingredients
- 1 pkg (7 oz) spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. whipping (heavy) cream
- 2 T dry sherry or water
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Heat oven to 350
2.) Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
3.) Meanwhile, in a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
4.) Stir in broth and whipping cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
5.) Stir spaghetti, sherry, chicken, mushrooms into sauce. Pour mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
6.) Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until bubbly in center.
