Ingredients
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 T low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 T honey
- 1 (1 lb) flank steak, trimmed

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Preheat broiler or grill.
2.) Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
3.) Place steak on a foil-lined broiler pan. Brush half of soy mixture over steak and broil for 5 minutes or until browned. Turn steak over and brush with remaining soy mixture. Broil 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven; wrap foil around steak and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
