  • 1 pd. of mini meatballs
  • 24 oz. of pasta sauce
  • 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 pd. carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups of green beans
  • 1 med. zucchini, bite size
  • 1 med. yellow onion, diced

Place all ingredients in a bag, except broth. Freeze flat. Thaw, and add chicken broth. cook on low for 6-8 hours.
