Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tbsp anise seeds or extract
- 1/2 cup butter (1/4 lb), melted and cooled
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and sugar
Add butter and vanilla (I also add 1/2 tsp almond extract and 1 tsp anise oil)
Sift flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture
Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour
