If no ham on hand, but 1 1/2 lb. piece from the deli and dice it up.

Ingredients
- Whisk:
- 1 cup mayo
- 4 tsp honey mustard
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- salt & pepper
- Add in:
- 5 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup toasted chopped pecans
- 1 diced apple
- 4 scallion greens, sliced
