- 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free harvest peach yogurt
- 1 medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
- Ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1. In blender, place milk, yogurt and peach. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
