Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 graham crackers
- 12 T unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Toast coconut on baking sheet at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool and toss with chocolate chips.
Line a 10 x 15 in rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Break graham crackers in half and fit into pan.
In saucepan, whisk butter and brown sugar over medium heat until smooth.
Spread over crackers.
Bake until bubbly, about 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with coconut and chocolate chips. Let cool, then serve.
