Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/2 cup natural flavor whey protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon granular Splenda
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup buttermilk, as needed

Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients until mixed.
Make a well in the center, and break egg into well. Add oil and about half of the buttermilk. Whisk briskly until well-mixed.
Add additional buttermilk until desired consistency is reached. Fry on a very hot, greased griddle, turning once.
Serves two.
