Caesar Salad

Mom found this recipe I think in the Colorado Cache cookbook and it is soooo good!
I will eat this for dinner usually after adding in some cooked shrimp or roasted chicken. My husband however will only let me do that when he is traveling because the garlic is really strong.

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 " squirts of anchovy paste
- 1/4 c olive oil
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 t dry mustard
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/3 c fresh grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 c croutons
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (diced)

Preparation
Step 1
Add all but lettuce, cheese and croutons to blender and mix well. Cut or tear lettuce into pieces, pour dressing over top and toss with cheese and croutons.
