Ingredients

  • 1 cup half and half, divided
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup goat cheese (4oz)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 Tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 5 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400.

2. Whisk together 2 Tb half and half with flour. Add rest of half and half, cheese-garlic.

3. Arrange half of potatoes in single layer in sprayed 11x7" dish. Pour half of milk on top, stirring milk immediately before adding. Repeat with remaining potatoes and milk.

4. Bake 1 hour and 10 mins or until golden.
