Ingredients
- 6 boneless center cut chops
- 1/2 cup water
- Spices, your favorite, e.g., a southwestern spice mix and fresh ground black pepper. Sprinkle on the chops before putting them in the slow cooker
- Sliced onions
- Half bottle BBQ sauce of choice. I like Masterpiece

Step 1
Pour water and some BBQ sauce into slow cooker, stir well.
Place one layer of chops inside slow cooker, then onions.
Put some sauce and onions on top of first layer, then add another layer of chops followed by more onions and sauce. Cook on low for seven or so hours.
At the end of the 7 hours, transfer half of chops to bowl. Tear apart with two forks, into size you prefer, e.g., coarse or fine. Do the same with rest of chops. Put shredded pork back in cooker. Add BBQ sauce as needed (leave in just long enough to let cut pork absorb more of the sauce.
Serve on plain old hamburger buns or on Kaiser type rolls -- whatever you prefer. Six chops makes a lot of meat. May want to use just half.
