Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 t. vinegar
Powder sugar for dusting

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Place baking papers in mini muffin tins. Mix all of the ingredients with a mixer or wooden spoon. Batter should be brown and smooth, free of lumps. Fill each muffin 2/3 full. (Fill any empty muffin tins with water). Bake for 25 minutes. When cool, dust with powder sugar.
