  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispie's
  • 1 quart ice cream
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup fudge sauce for ice cream
  • 3 tables spoons corn syrup



Step 1

Stir together the 1/4 cup corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter in medium size pan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies and stir till coated. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Chill; allow ice cream to soften slightly. Spoon into frozen pie crust, spreading evenly. Freeze. Stir together peanut butter, fudge sauce, and the 3 tablespoons of corn syrup and set aside. Let the pie stand at room temperature about 10 minutes before cutting. Heat fudge sauce mixture. Drizzle over each piece.
