Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped ginger root
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar (rice vinegar works well too)
- 3 oz. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 of a garlic clove, chopped
- 3 1/2 oz. water
