Ingredients

  • Toppings:
  • 2 cups shredded extra-old white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream (35%)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch pepper
  • Breadstick pieces
  • Crispy bacon bits, apple chips & chives, or
  • Toasted walnuts, dried apricots & chives, or
  • Dried cranberries, pistachios and chives

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor, whirl together Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, whipping cream, Dijon mustard and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll by 1 tbsp into balls; arrange on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Make ahead: layer between waxed paper in airtight container, refrigerate for up to 3 days. Roll in desired ingredients to coat.
