Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 15 whole cloves
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup water
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons black tea leaves
- 6 cups boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer spices for 10 minutes in honey and water; let stand for 1 hour. Strain. (Can be done the day before).
Squeeze fruits and cut rinds into quarters. Steep tea in boiling water; strain and add fruit juices and spice mixture, plus rinds. Reheat and serve hot. Garnish with fresh orange slice.
