- Topping:
- 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 T firm margarine or butter
- Cake:
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 T sugar
- 1 egg

Step 1
For Topping:
- Combine first 3 ingredients then cut in margarine or butter with a fork.
For Cake:
- Mix and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Spread batter into a 9 x 11/2 in round pan.
- Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake 18-22 minutes.
