- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup smoked ham, cut into sticks (sub cooked bacon)
- 3 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 3 cup brussels sprouts, finely sliced on a Japanese mandolin
- 2 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
Drizzle a little olive oil into a pan and preheat. Add the brussel sprouts when the pan is HOT, add a little salt & pepper, and the crushed garlic (or stick clove on the end of a fork and use it to stir brussels sprouts) and cook quickly until slightly golden. Add the water and cover 1-1/2 min. Add the ham and toasted pine nuts and cook 30 seconds or until warm.
