Ingredients
- 1 10 oz loaf challah
- 8 large eggs
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Praline Topping
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 c packed lt brown sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2 T light corn syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Heavily butter 13x9 pan. Tear bread into 1" pieces and arrange in one layer in bottom of pan. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, spread praline topping evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until puffy and light brown.
