Step 1
CLEAN TOP AND CORE THE ANAHEIM CHILLIES, CUT CHILLIES IN HALF LENGTH WISE.. CUT IN HALF AGAIN ACROSS.
MIX ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER EXCEPT BACON,, RUN THROUGH A FOOD PROCESSOR TILL IT IS A PURÉE.
FILL PEPPER 1/4'S TILL FULL
WRAP IN BACON AND HOLD TOGETHER WITH TOOTH PICKS IF NEEDED.
SMOKE / COOK TILL BACON IS CRISPY.
