Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 T margerine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In separate bowl, cream together sugar and melted butter. Beat in egg.
4. Stir in flower mixture into butter mixture and add milk. Beat well.
5. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin cups.
6. Bake in over for 20 - 25 minutes. While muffins baking combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
7. Remove muffins and immediately dip tops into the melted margarine then into sugar/cinnamon mixture.
