Mini Tacos

Ingredients

• Tostito Scoops
• Old El Paso Chicken or Beef (yellow tub found in deli section)
• 1 can of Black beans*
• Sour Cream **
• Taco Seasoning (approx. 2-3 tsp)**
• Mexican Cheese Blend (finely shredded)
• Scallions (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In each Tostito Scoop you will add the ingredients in the order above

2. 3-4 black beans per scoop

3. Mix sour cream and seasonings together, put in a ziploc bag, then cut the end of the bag to squirt into each taco
