Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
ERLENE CORNELIUS • Spring City, Tennessee
Even people who aren't big blue cheese fans have told
me how much they enjoy this dressing. It’s refreshing
and the flavors blend well, whether you serve it over
lettuce or baby spinach.
