Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1/4 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 splash grenadine
- 2-3 Maraschino cherries (stems removed)
- GARNISH
- 1 pineapple chunk (frozen and thawed)
- 1 large marshmallow (to garnish)
- whipped cream (to garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, add the frozen pineapple, ice, rum, coconut milk, orange juice and grenadine. Pulse to blend. Add the cherries and pulse a couple times, just to combine. Pour into a sherbet glass or a large coupe glass.
Place a pineapple chunk and marshmallow on a skewer.
Garnish cocktail with whipped cream, coconut flakes, marshmallow skewer and a cherry on top!
Helpful Tip: Remove the rum for a festive and delicious kid-friendly drink!
