- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup canned no-salt-added garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
