Mango Smoothie
Freeze leftover fruit in Ziploc bags so you have fresh fruit on hand whenever you want to make a smoothie. Peel bananas before freezing.

Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled & cut into chunks
- 1 small banana, peeled or 1c fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 c vanilla kefir or fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 c orange juice
- Ice cubes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place fruit in the freezer & freeze until firm.
2. Place frozen fruit in blender container w/kefir & orange juice.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. With machine running, drop ice cubes, a few at a time, through the screw cap @ top of blender.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Continue adding ice & blending to desired thickness.
