Ingredients
- FILLING FOR 1 PIE:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 of 796 mil can of pure pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- PIE CRUST:
- 1 - 9" pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and stir till well combined. Blend in milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking 30-35 minutes longer till set in centre. Cool at room temperature.
