  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 lb margarine
  • 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

mix flour and margarine in large bowl. set aside. mix cottage cheese and vanilla, and then add to flour mixture. stir with a fork (or hands-its thick). divide dough in half, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. roll 1/2 inch thick and cut out. don't make them too small or thin-they shrink.

bake 375 for 15 minutes.

frost.
