- 2 5 oz cans tuna in water (drained)
- 8 small radishes (cut into wedges)
- 2 stalks celery (sliced)
- 1/4 C parsley (chopped)
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 t each kosher salt and black pepper
