- Filet of salmon
- untreated cedar plank
- 26 oz Tangle Ridge Whiskey
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup fresh dill

Step 1
Drill holes in cedar plank and soak in water for at least one day. Combine whiskey and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce by 1/4. Add dill. Marinate salmon for 1-2 days. BBQ over cedar plank until salmon is flaky.
