Beef sirloin trip roast
Flour
Dry mustard
Garlic salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F. Combine flour, dry mustard and garlic salt and rub on top of roast. Place in broiler pan and pour water over to cover bottom of pan. Surround with potatoes and onions. Bake at 400F for 12 to 3/4 of an hour, then reduce temperature to 350F. Turn roast, potatoes and onions once during cooking.
