Ingredients

  • 2 pouches Pioneer Country Gravy
  • 1 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. paprika
  • 1/4 t. onion powder
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 beef cube steaks

Step 1

In a pie plate, combine one pouch gravy mix, salt, paprika, onion and garlic powder. Mix well. Beat together eggs and milk. In heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Coat cube steaks first in dry gravy mix, dip in egg, then again in dry gravy mix. Fry steaks 2 1/2 minutes each side, or until desired doneness. Top with prepared gravy.
