Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp each of slat, marjoram & thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4-5 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 5 lb leg of lamb, deboned & butterflied)
