Ingredients
- 1 Large Sweet Onion
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 1 Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/3 C. Milk
- 1 C. Cream of Corn
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Dill
- 1 1/4 C. Cheese, Shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Dice onion, saute in butter; set aside. Mix sour cream, salt & dill & 1/2 cheese. Add to onion.
In another bowl, mix muffin mix, egg, milk, & cream corn. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan, then put onion mix & cheese.
BAKE 425 for 25 minutes.
Serve with a salad.
