  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs, divided
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment, set aside.
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and milk until smooth, set aside.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, set aside.
Combine butter, remaining sugar and vanilla. Whisk in remaining eggs one at a time.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour chocolate batter into prepared pan, reserving 3/4 cup.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top. Drop reserved chocolate batter by teaspoon over peanut butter.
Swirl using a knife to marble.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until tests done.
Cool before serving.
