Ingredients

  • 2 c Milk
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 3 t Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 c Bisquick
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/3oz can Angel Flake Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Put altogether in blender and mix. Pour into deep 9" pie dish. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Test with knife before removing from oven. Bisquick forms the crust. Coconut goes to the top. Sprinkle with nutmeg before baking if desired.
