- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Pudding Recipe Lemon Cake mix
- 2 pkg (8oz each) Cream Cheese - softened
- 1 c (8oz) Sour Cream
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 3 Egg
- 1/3 c Oil
- Milk

Step 1
Measure 1 cup dry cake mixture, set aside. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and oil. Press in the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine reserved milk, 2 eggs, remaining cake mixture, cream cheese, sour cream and sugar, beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over crust and bake for about 35 minutes longer. Cool.
