Better Than Sex Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 can Crushed Pineapple
• 1 pkg (large) Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 1 tub Cool Whip
• 1/2 c Sugar
• 1 pkg Coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and bake yellow cake according to directions. Bake in an oblong pan. Let cool about 10 minutes. Turn cake over onto cake taker. Poke some holes in the top.

While cake is baking:
Mix the vanilla pudding according to directions and put in refrigerator.

Put the can pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil. Let boil about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

When cake is cool:
Spoon the pineapple juice over the cake so that it fills the holes. Then spread the pineapple over the entire top of cake.

Next, spread the vanilla instant pudding over the top of the cake. (Not the sides)

Next, frost the cake with Cool Whip. (You may mix the coconut with cool whip) Keep refrigerated.
