Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (1/2 light 1/2 dark if you wish but not necessary)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups conf. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (more if desired)

Preparation
Step 1
Bring butter and brown sugar to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream and return to boil. Remove from heat and add conf sugar and vanilla. Mix well, a mixer works well, better than by hand. Frost on cooled cake immediately.
