RICE KRISPIE DRUMSTICKS

Found in an advertisement for Rice Krispies
This was an interesting one and fun to do - people got a kick out of it. But it gets tough trying to form and coat depending on the size of the base of the drumstick.

Ingredients

• 3 tblsp butter
• 4 cups mini marshmallows
• 6 cups rice cereal
• peanut butter
• cocoa rice crispies

Preparation

Step 1

In large microwave safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir mixture until smooth.

Add rice cereal, stirring until well coated. When slightly cooled, shape cereal mixture into drumstick shapes using buttered hands. Place on waxed paper or a surface coated with cooking spray. Allow to cool.

Spread peanut butter over top of each drumstick, dip in chocolate rice cereal.
