Ingredients
- Fruit and Chocolate Chunk:
- 1 cup dried canberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butterr
- 1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. dark chocolate chips
- Chocolate Coconut:
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 8 oz. dark chocoalte
- shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. coconut extract

Preparation
Step 1
All recipes have a similar base. Then just add the desired add ins. or follow specific notes below.
Melt the peanut butter and honey in a small pot. Add any desired extracts. Let cool. You want to make sure it's still pourable but cool enough not to melt any chocolate chips in the recipes.
Toast the chopped almonds until fragrant, stirring frequently not to burn. Also let cool so nothing melts.
Add the desired add ins in a large bowl. Then add in the almonds and pour the honey mixture over to coat. Stir to coat every piece evenly. Press into an 8x8 dish with wax paper. Use a flat glass to add pressure and really set the granola. Top with any desired toppings depending on recipe. Place in the refrigerator until set. Cut into bars and individually wrap in plastic wrap. Keep in fridge if desired.
Chocolate Coconut: The 8oz dark chocolate and coconut will be added to the top. Melt the chocolate and spread evenly over granola in dish. Add coconut all over the top. Refrigerate to set.
