Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3/4 c shortening
- 1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp mace
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 c all-purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Place sugar, shortening, butter and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat until thoroughly creamed.
Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until well blended.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually add to creamed mixture until well blended.
Fill cookie press. Press cookies on ungreased, uncoated baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
