Ingredients
- 1 package Mann's Kalettes™, 6 oz./170 grams, dried
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced or very thinly sliced (they only cook for 10 minutes)
- pinch of hot pepper flakes
- Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Combine Kalettes, oil, garlic, pepper flakes and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spread in an even layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment.
Roast in the lower third of the oven until just tender and browned in spots, about 10 minutes.
