Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (chuck, lean)
- 1 14oz Bottle of Ketchup
- 1 5oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 25 Ginger Snaps - finely crushed
- 2 medium Onions - chopped
- 3 1/2 qts Water
- 2 t Salt
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 T Allspice
- 1/2 T Cloves
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs - chopped (just when serving)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat just to get pink out. Mix all ingredients, except ginger snaps (add at end) and lemon. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours, stirring frequently. Add the lemon in for the last half hour.
