Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 * 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup cooking oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 4 apples, pared, sliced (as for pie)
• 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together sugar, oil, eggs with electric beater. Sift together flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, stir in by hand. add apples and nuts,. Bake in greased 9×13 inch pan at 350 degrees for a hour.
