Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
Place butter and peanut butter in large mixing bowl and cream thoroughly.
Add sugars gradually. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture in 3 additions; mixing well after each addition. Dough will be stiff.
Fill cookie press. Press cookies on ungreased, uncoated baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Do not over bake.
