• 1 cup plus 3 tbsp dark beer
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp instant espresso powder
• 1/2 tsp orange zest
• 2 1/4 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup rye flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp crushed coriander seed
• 1 tsp dill seed
• 1 tsp caraway seed , optional
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tsp active dry yeast
